Can I get SNMPv1 for PINK?

My job is to make UPS systems talk to Network Management Systems and I need to use SNMPv1 to do this. The NetBurner website says this will cost me $495 for a license if they design the hardware. So is it possible to get SNMPv1 protocol for the PINK?
