You can, actually.· The Scribbler Robot GUI does this by creating a program (from your GUI code), saving as a PBASIC file, then programming the robot by "silently" calling the Stamp Editor (StampW.exe) through the command line.
If you start StampW.exe with the "/help" switch, you'll get the attached list of switches -- it gives you all you need to know to silently download a file to the BASIC Stamp.· I've used this capability in the past to connect the a different programming editor to the Stamp editor.
