Help with error

mad.gif·When trying to run the BRANCH.BS1 program, I get an error, "No BASIC Stamps found" and I don't know what the problem is.· Can someone please help? shakehead.gif

    The computer isn't finding your STAMP.
    Make sure the battery is good (or Darned Good)·and that the connector is plugged in properly.

    A few more details might help as well, like which board you're using it on, what is the power supply, which version of the editor and are you using any kind of adapter?

    *.BS1? Is that a BS1 program? Do you have a BS2? or a BS1?

    The first thing you have to do is resolve any connection issues; is the programming port being used by another program? (e.g., terminal pgm, PDA connection pgm, etc.).· In the Preferences dialog, set the Default Com Port to Auto (see attached image).
