PINK and UDP???

I'm considering PINK, and I've been reading through the online manual.
It says that PINK can be used to send UDP messages. But according to the docs, there are only two variables involved - the destination IP address and the contents of the message.
How would I specify the port?

The port is "hard coded" (at least for now
