I've had no luck trying to find a SX48 custom object, could I please get the URL?

That's because you're in the Sandbox and the SX related stuff is in the SX Forum, along with the SX48 part for ExpressPCB.

Your welcome! The ExpressPCB SX48 part does not fit the Snap-to-Grid.

    Jon,

·· Were you working on an SX48 component or an example PCB design using the SX48?· If an example PCB design I would definately post it anyway.

For some reason I didn't find the SX48 the first time I looked -- turns out it's there. I created a package based on what we do for our (Parallax) boards.

I'm using V5.4.0 and it does not appear to have the SX48 listed.· Interesting...

    John,

·· In the following thread you posted an SX48BD, could it have come from this board?

That's the PCB layer I created to match what our boards use.
