Accessing the other seven 2K in the BS2e

I am a final year university student. the program I am writing involves the use·of a LCD screen and several buttons. The Basic Stamp 2 EEPROM was quickly used up and I then upgraded to the BS2e, since it provided an additional 7 2K memory slots. However, I discovered the EEPROM's are not continous and I am having difficulties writing to the other 7 2K banks / slots of memory.

assistance in writing to the other memory locations would be greatly appreciated.
