BS Editor crashes alot

Well i'm fairly new to the basic stamp world, and electronics all together.. but not new to programming.
Anyways I'm just curious if it's just me that has problems with the basic stamp 2.2.5 editor crashing a awful lot.
Most of the time it is because of some mistake I made in my code, but I dont see why the editor has to crash everytime, I lose my unsaved work a lot because of the fact.

·· I myself have not heard any reports of continuous crashing of the Stamp Editor, except in the case where someone had software tying up the COM Port on a Windows 98/Me system, so it would crash whenever they'd try to download.· Your problem is totally new, as the errors in the code simply activate a highlighter and system dialogue message.· So perhaps there's something in your system choking on that, or possible when it tries to play a system sound?
