Hi,
Only to know if the
www.parallax.com/detail.asp?product_id=30068
(EmbeddedBlue Transceiver )
is compatible with Basic stamp HomeWork.
The basic stamp HomeWork doesn't have
Female 10-pin dual row connector for optional AppMods.
Thanks, Joe

·· In theory you could use the EB500 with the Homework Board, but it would involve getting all the correct lines from that dual-row header where they need to be.

I can install the EmbeddedBlue Transceiver over the
protoboard (the experiments side ) with some wires ( it is not a problem)
instead the dual row connector for optional AppMods.
But ,
what about the 220 Ohm resistors in each I/O ?
( Only the HomeWork has them, the other Basic
Stmaps don't)
Do you know about some problem ?
Thanks again, Joe
·· You cannot plug the EB500 into the breadboard area because you will short the adjacent rows of pins together on the dual-row header.· The center section is too wide, so you would need to plug it into one side or the other of the breadboard.· This would have the effect of tying two pins together.· The two that are side-by-side row-wise would be together for each column.· Not a good idea.· =(
