Printable Getting Started Tutorial

Does anyone know if there is a link to a printable version of the Tutorial called "Getting Started"· for the Basic Stamp 2 program.

Not sure exactly what you mean.· Do you have a stock/product number?· If you meant the "What's A Microcontroller?" text, that can be downloaded from the bottom of the following page:

Hi - the page I want to print is off the Parallax home page and the file is called bs2tutorial.ppt.· I have downloaded it but cannot open the file for some reason.

Hi Sparky,

bs2tutorial.ppt is a Power Point file. Have you tried opening it with Power Point?

The tutorial can be downloaded as a PowerPoint (.ppt) or a Zip (.zip) file. The .zip file contains an HTML version of the tutorial. If you want to use the PowerPoint version, you can download a free PowerPoint viewer from Microsoft.
