Order Confirmation?

I was wondering if Parallax sends an email confirming an online order.· I placed my order on Tuesday (12/20/2005) and was wondering if the order has actually shipped (USPS first class mail).

I know this is probably the wrong place to ask this, but seeing as Parallax's offices are closed till January, I would just like to get a 'yes or no' answer to if Parallax sends out email confirmations when an order is shipped.

Just for the curious, I ordered a Ping ultrasonic sensor for a science fair project that's due the first week of January.· I was just wondering if I might as well start on the project without using the Ping.

Our Rocklin office closed at noon today -- and there won't be anyone in until the 3rd. I'm in Dallas, but I do know that the folks in Rocklin were doing everything in their power to get any pending orders shipped before they left. I wish that I had a definitive answer for you, but this is the best I can do. I'll send an e-mail to the sales manager (these questions should be addressed to sales@parallax.com) in the off-chance that he's checking e-mail during the holiday break.
