attempting to create an RFID reader

hello. I'm a BASIC Stamp neophyte/amateur. I'm planning a project in which i'll be using the BS2 module along with the RFID reader module and Pocket Watch B to design an RFID reader. However, I need my RFID reader to be able to send the information it reads from the transponder to an internet server via PDA. I have no idea if this is even possible... my goal is to be able to cross-reference the data from the transponder to that stored on an online database and then send some form of feedback to the PDA... The server (which is being designed by my project partner) is designed using PHP...I merely need to extract the information from the BASIC Stamp into a separate program that can be·processed by PHP (even notepad)....but I do not know how the information from the transponders can eventually be sent to the PDA... I'm hoping someone will be able to provide advice/guidance.....SINCERELY appreciated...
