Getting Toddler For Christmas (Early Hopefully)

I'm getting the Toddler for Christmas, and I'm using it in Tech-Ed for a science fair. "Can a robot match a human's intellect?" This is my project. I have the boe-bot now. I thought the biped might be better for these expirements. How should I go about programming for this? What is th cheapest way to have it so the Toddler can speak english? thx in advance, Jimmio
