Joystick basics

I was wondering if anyone could point me towards any info on how to interface an analog joystick to the BS2.· I looked around on the web and on this forum and found nothing other than discussion of it.· I didn't see any sample code or what needs to be done to implement it.

Analog joystick?· Like the·One-of-8 position sort?· Just figure it as a set of 8 switches.· Make a routine to poll the status of the switches, much as with a keypad.
