Argh!

Both Mouser and Digikey are backordered on these.

Is there a comparable part number from someone else that is as easily-programmed and feature-rich - or must I wait?

    TI is quite nice about samples.· You might try getting one from them.

    Jameco has 6 different tlc and tlv 2543 chips 12 bit 11 channel· serial a/d in the $9.00· range

    Found 'em - put the order in through Jameco. That selector will prove handy - I've typically used Digikey and Mouser in the past, I guess its time to broaden my horizons [noparse]:)[/noparse]
