    Hi Dan,

    Not yet, but we're busy working through some details with CCS. Hopefully more information will follow soon.

    Ken, please keep me updated.

    I have a customer who's interested in doing some of the code development himself, and he's very reluctant to learn ASM. We were looking at the Bytecraft compiler, but the parallax solution should be much more·convenient (Support, price, etc.).

    Thanks!

    Out of curiosity, is there a reason that SX/B isn't an option?

    You can easily get started with a lot of the CCS documentation as it can be downloaded for free.

    I took a look at ByteCrafte and they seem to want to sell me books and send me off to a distributor.· I cannot seem to get directly into evaluating their software.· Too much 'up front' stuff.

    Dan, I should be able to post the CCS documentation for the SX/C compiler on this forum before the holiday break.

    For those of use who need a· C textbook, but have little cash...

    Bruce Eckel has two huge books that are on-line and free to download.

    Thinking in C++, 2nd ED. Along with CCS's documentation, that should be enough to get you started.

    Thinking in Java, 3rd ED.· This is for the BasicStamp Java users and wannabes.

    There you go. I get a bit lazy about digging for details all the time.

    I WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT C++ MAY BE TOO MUCH as it is quite an extention of C into Object Oriented Programing {OOP}
