JIDE protocol?

Is there a description of the Jide protocol for communicating with the Javelin available? I'm not really a C programmer, so reverse engineering it out of the source code will be a real pain in the head for me.....

Here is the protocol, programmed in Javelin java.
You need to convert this to whatever pc program language you use.
