Addressable Latched Darlington Array

Its a darlington array, but instead of requiring 8 bits to operate, It takes as little as 4 bits (3 address, 1 data). Pretty cool part, here is a data sheet for the part: http://katalog.elektroda.net/download.php?id=106618
Oh yeah, forgot to mention it has a de-mux mode for 1 of N (upto 8) applications requiring drive currents upto 250mA.
