ScratchpadRAM = EEPROM ?

Is the ScratchpadRAM truly RAM or is it in the·EEPROM?

(I asked this question after reading several replies in another post.)

    It is truly RAM. You can prove it to yourself by writing some values to the SPRAM, turning off the power, then attempting to read them back.
