Discovery Kit not in CD Docs?

Good morning,

I have just purchased a Basic Stamp Discovery Kit (USB) #27807.
The CD -> Kits does not list 27807 for the selection of software to install.
Does the 27807 map to some other number?
What software from the CD should I install?
Should I get something from the web site? If so what?

I'm starting to think it's silly to include a CD-ROM with all of our kits anymore. The minute we master a CD-ROM it's out of date. Our web team receives 10-20 new and revised downloads for the web site every day from our staff. For the minor convenience you get by having the files on CD there's also a risk that the files you are installing are out of date.

But to answer your question, all you need is the BASIC Stamp Windows Editor. It's here:

And since you are using the USB Board of Education, install the FTDI drivers as shown at the links on the bottom of this page:

For XP, it's really simple.
