Can the parallax o-scope record data for longer than 1 second?

This would be very important feature that would make or break the purchase for me.

If so, how long can one record data for?

    BPM,

·· Scopes, unless they're storage scopes, tend to display their results in real-time.· You may be more interested in a Storage Scope (Bigger $$).· On the other hand, if you're monitoring logic signals to/from the BASIC Stamp, the BASIC Stamp Logic Analyzer may be the thing for you.· I would have to double-check the maximum samples on that though.

Darn.. I heard that parallax was working on new program for the o-scope... Couldn't this be programmed in? A bit more buffer?

I WOULD get the logic analyzer but I plan to monitor signals from other devices chips. Devices that have nothing to do with the stamp.

I found a basic solution to this.

    Go here: http://forums.parallax.com/showthread.php?p=556451

Read at the bottom about me using a sound card and a typical sound recording program as a storage scope (at low frequencys)
