Help finding fuse resistors and Diode

I am priceing out a project I need some fuse resistors I think they are and a Diode I cant seem to find on digikey.
What should I search for on digikey for these resistors 250k, 290k and 390k.
One Diode I also can not find C9V1PH or replacement

Still can't find the diode though
