Using RTD with basic stamp?

I searched the threads and did not find much in the way of using an RTD with a basic stamp.

What would be the easiest way to read the input from an RTD?
I am wanting to use an RTD for controlling the temperature of my reef tank. I have been told the accuracy of the RTD is much better than a thermocouple.
