Question regarding SX/B SHIFTOUT command

The docs for SHIFTOUT show the ability for SPI modes 1 and 3 (data changed on rising and falling edge of clock), but I cant figure out how to specify it. The SHIFTIN has the PRE and POST suffixes, but SHIFTOUT only seems to have the bit ordering, am I missing something?

    Before using SHIFTOUT set the clock pin to opposite state; so if you want use a falling edge, make the clock line high before the call.· I'll add a bit of text in that regard to the helpf file.
