Super carrier board-where to connect battery?

If i run a rechargeable 6v battery pack, do i just hook it up to the connector for the 9V or do i hook it up to the plug for the power supply? Does it matter, or is there no difference between the two?

Also, the "Vdd" on the board, is there anyway to have that power come directly from the battery (i will need a higher current draw than the stamp provides)? Or do i need to get another "power bus" (i think thats what its called)

Thanks.

Both inputs go to the regulator circuitry; that's why they're mechanically interlocked so you can only use one. I don't believe "Vin" is avaiable anywhere on the Super Carrier -- you may have to add a wire from the input side of the regulator to where you need it in your circuit.

I found the Super Carrier schematic and it shows that the only place Vin is available in on the AppMod connector -- you will probably want to add a connection to the breadboarding area as you required.
