Looking for Application Note Software

I was reading the "In-Field Programming Using the SX In-System Programming Capability (*.pdf)" Application note on the Parallax site. It refers to a software package called "SXISP". I did not find the software on Parallax, SXList, or a quick Google. Can anyone point me to a url where I can download the software?

    This is an old thread, but I'm looking for the same info. Is it still available?

    What I want to do is use the SX-Key as a serial interface for a debugging terminal. If this is possible, any information about the API would be appreciated.
