The server is a modified atronics 94102.· I have the plastic tap that stops the servo and the shaft on the poitmeter that read the servo's position plastic shaft removed to allow the servo to keep spinning.· Everything seems to be working but how do I get it to spin backwards?

Thanks

On a 'modified servo', the link to the potentiometer has been disconnected, and the potentiometer has been set to the middle of its travel. The Servo control signal is a PULSOUT for 1 to 2 mSec, repeated every 20 to 50 mSec.

For a typical servo, a 1 mSec pulse goes all the way one way, a 2 mSec goes all the way the other, a 1.5 mSec pulse 'centers' the servo. For a modified servo, the 1.5 mSec pulse should 'stop' the servo. This assumes the potentiometer really was set to the center of its travel.

If so, a 1 mSec pulse will cause the servo to 'spin' one way, a 2 mSec pulse will 'spin' the other. Some servo's give speed control, the further away you are from that 1.5 mSec.
