GROWBOT Documentation

I have been made the proud owner of a circa 1999 Growbot. I works fine but I don't have any documentation (specifically schematic diagram). Is there any documentation for converting it over to a BOE-BOT by replacing circuitboard with a BOE?

I have searched the forum and came up empty. Also Googled but links had expired.

I was just going over my 2001 Parallax CD, and all those files are on there except for the upgrade PDF. It is archived.
