Anybody figured out how to drive a servo from an audio unput signal?

Esteemed geniuses -
I'm a newby! I have some old Interactive C in my head from my old crappy MIT handboard and LOVE the Basic Stamp. I was wondering if anybody has figured out how to take an output singla from an MP3, CD, or tape deck player and have that control a servo. Basic needs for a live, talking puppet. Ideas are very welcome.
Thanks much!

Thanks for the feedback. I hear what you're saying stepper vs servo. In LA we did have to select servos carefully for speed / power for mouth movements, Some (the more expensive ones!) are very fast and can lipsync well if the mechanics are right. I'm going to go servo on this one, but I'll experiment with steppers down the road for sure.

I have all the EFX stuff (am still waiting for my 2 Audio Play boards). I don't see a Audio Servo driver. Am I missing something?
Such a board would fit in perfectly with the EFX scheme.
I like the Scary Terry stuff because they are kits that you build yourself and he makes his boards as small as conceivably possible (using through hole parts).
