Robot Sonar

Hi All,

I read the article on Simple Robot Sonar here at this web site in the articles section.

My question is: I would like to to build the circuit and use a Basic Stamp I to control it and read it. Can someone here give some insight on how I might go about doing that?

If you're intent on building your own sonar look back in our old app notes and you'll find a BS1 controlled sonar circuit.· The key is to use PULSIN to handle the timing.

Or, you can let us do the hard work for you and connect a Ping))) sensor to your BASIC Stamp:
