Say you want to make something that only needs the power of a basic stamp 1, but you want it to have more memory.· Can a 16K-Byte EEPROM work with the BASIC Stamp 1 Interpreter Chip?

    Nope. The architecture of the BS1 only allows it to access 256 bytes of program space. Perhaps the SX with SX/B is better suited to your application.
