Stuck with the interface

Good Day·^_^ everyone, is me Johnson.

First of all I would like to thanks to Jon Williams·and Chris Savage for provide me with the details and solve my problem eventually.

Well today I had another device which I brought from RS components.

Is a·LM35 DZ temperature sensor but I do not·know how to interface with Basic Stamp BS2 sx?
Secondly, could I get an sample program as to how to use this LM35 DZ to detect temperature rise from the surrounding?

    The output of that device is in 10 millivolts per degree, so what you'll want to do is connect it to something like an ADC0831 to read the voltage, hence the temperature. If you set the ADC0831 Vref input to 2.55 volts (use a pot) then each bit will be equal to 10 millivolts and reading the ADC0831 will give you the temperature in degrees.
