Obscure Hardware
Electronegativity

Hi all, an 18 pin dip chip fell out of a box of old junk today with the number HY53C464Ls-80 written on it.
A bit of poking around on the web revealed it to be 80 ns Hyundai Electronics SDRAM with 64 4 bit words.
I realize it is nearly worthless, but was curious about trying to get it to work.
It uses 5V CMOS level logic, so it might actually be usable in an SX or stamp project.
The point of this post is really to ask if anyone knows of a good database for information sheets on obscure products.
In other words what would be a good place to look that might actually supply information about what the various pins are for.
Hyundai Electronics doesn't seem to have any kind of functional website, at least not in English.
Any ideas?

I took apart an old Qualcom cellphone last night and found a 128K EEPROM, an 8 meg Intel flash chip, and a couple of good voltage regulators. :)
