Something seems fishy here to me. Message boards with MAX touting the cubloc
but he says "CUBLOC is a superior chip with 128KB of flash memory"
I thought it was 80K?????

Another one:

Looks like an ad in nuts and volts
cubloc.com/ad0509.htm

Yahoo groups
"Today i have visit the site comfiletech again and try to buy
StarterKit 220 from online. It costs $99 but the shipment charge is
too high ($171) for FedEx. "
Max reply
"As far as the website goes, it's not

Also the comfiletech.com whois says it has a one year registration.

Blow up the CB220 and you see an atmelMEGA128 chip :www.atmel.com/dyn/products/product_card.asp?part_id=2018

I can't make out the chips on the back (click image on web site to see back)

I can't find it now but I thought I read on the site something like 36000 lines of code per second but I can't find the quote now...
but if it's not compiled basic (and its not) I dont see how that would be possible.

not convinced...

Possibly because the interpretter isn't reading from external EEPROM. The MEGA128 has 128k of program memory in it. Of that it looks like 80k is actually available on this part for user programs so the other 48k is probably the bootloader/PLC/interpretter code.

If it was compiled basic on that chip it would be *MUCH* faster. I was getting around 222,000 lines a second on compiled basic on a different Atmel chip.
