Basic stamp editor v2.2 HELP utility locking up

When I click on the·Help utility, it locks up. I've seen this problem before but I can't remember how I got rid of it. Has anyone seen this problem before and knows of a fix for it?

    Hello,

    ·· Run the Help from the Start Menu instead.· It should be under Start/All Programs/Parallax Inc/BASIC Stamp Editor V2.2/Help.· The issue involves recent security updates from MS that are causing some problems with the help system.· We are working on the issue.
