    Just downloaded and tried the new version. I am still having a problem when clicking on HELP. On the left side of the HELP screen I only have CONTENTS and SEARCH, no INDEX. Anybody else having this problem? The right side shows SX/B Version1.42.

    I un-installed the previous version before downloading. Windows XP SP2

    As I explained before, Bob, this is a Microsoft issue that we simply don't know how to fix -- on our systems it went away on its own. Now, we are still looking for answers, but so far, not having much luck.

    Well Jon, I guess I will go back to the previous version 3.1 (R1) as that worked Ok and had the INDEX· header on the left side of the screen.·Hopefully, since I am just learning the SX I won't miss too much contained in the new version.··Or, maybe I can use the SEARCH function instead of the INDEX function to get to HELP items. I will try that and see how it works out.···

    I only had problems when·updating to the new version.
