need help on programming to detect call progress tone

I'm designed a circuit·using a Basic Stamp 2, MT8880 & relays to detect the call progress tone on telephone line. Dose any one tell me how to write PBASIC 2.5·to detect dial tone or busy dial tone while the relay is operated (which caused the telephone line is connected).
