·Need to control a motion picture camera. The 7 amp 15-36 DCv motor is now controlled by a crystal based, BCD switched, PWM circuit, circa 1984. Speed select is done through a BCD switch array that generates a 25 frame per second Hz where the circuit matches each frame of film to the·motor disk based, IR interrupted, 25 pulse per second interrupt;·i.e. 29.97 fps = 749.25Hz, 150 fps = 3750 Hz. The existing BCD select circuit can be kept or the designer could intro a graphic LCD up-down select. The speed would have to be to the 1/100th of a frame up to 150 frames per second. Motor must be able to quickly ramp up and down, and not break film. Existing IR interrupter camera outputs: motor disk 1 = 24/25 for speed, shutter disk 2 = 31pps for footage/meters/1·pps for parking the shutter in an open or closed position. Circuit must have a multi-lined LCD to·display footage or meters of film run. Existing H bridge for motor control exists. Schematics exist. I’m in Dallas so locals are welcome. Thanks
