way to measure changing voltages?

hey guys,

is there a way to measure with the boe bot(basic stamp 2) changing voltages? if anybody knows..basically making some sort of input with the voltages? a voltage switch? thank you

    Are you looking to get the actual voltage value (if so follow Chris' suggestion), or are you looking to simply know if a voltage to be measured is higher or lower than some preset reference voltage?
