how can i use the help function off optascope

Anytime i click on to the help function in to the fuction bar i don't receive any reaction.Same if pressing "F1".
By select help on line i come onto your web site but i don't find the way for help about my problem(The right use to record data and how use them after)

Thanks for your answers, but if you give a look to your book(understanding signals) go to page 10 , section "files/setting tab".
They said to go to the help file?????
You said to me than its enabled.
What can i do right now

The help file it not enabled in the software as Jon stated.· We are in the process of developing new software that we can control here at Parallax.· That will be available very soon.· In the mean time you can down load the help file from the following location.·
http://www.parallax.com/html_pages/downloads/software/scope.asp
There are directions there for installing the help file.
