anti-spam, uncle trouble!!

I've noticed some issues with the anti-spam filter lately.
I posted a message and tried to post a 2nd one somewhat quickly....OK fine, I didn't wait 20seconds.
I waited probably 5minutes and it wouldn't work for me....had to log out and back in to post a reply.
It happened a 2nd time a few minutes later and logging out/in didn't work....definately a pain (and I do wait more than 20seconds!)
