Parallax Servo Controller (PSC) USB

I am wondering if it is possible to use my own application to kommunikate with the Parallax Servo Controller (PSC) USB board.

You can use Hyperterminal or any other software that supports the RS-232 protocol.· Basically it requires serial communication.
