Help with online Help file

Just got a new computer at work. Downloaded and installed Basic Stamp Editor 2.2 and I cannot get Help file to function. Get "Actioned Cancelled Internet Explorer was unable to connect......" Running Windows XP Pro with Internet Explorer v6.0. . It used to work fine on my old computer. Any suggestions?

    Go to the Windows "Start" button and click on "Programs" and then click on "Parallax" and then click on the "Help" file.

    We've seen this too -- it's a Microsoft security issue that has become an annoyance for a lot of us, because Microsoft says that help files located in the Program Files folder should not do this.... We are investigating ways to cause this to stop.

    I tried Dave's suggestion and got the "security risk" notification, but even after I accepted the risk from the "unknown publisher" it still would not open.

    ·I guess I'll have to·use my STAMP Manual·at work until you guys get this worked out with Mr. Gates.tongue.gif
