i changed my mosfet to a J270 and it work better now... the voltage in the drain is 1.5V.
However when i press the pushbutton it sends data but that data is just plain garbage (symbols like the letter Y with two dots on top like posted earlier) not the 'fox....' sentence it supposed to send.

Any ideas as to why this is happening?
