Multiple potentiometer

hi,
I'm using 2 RC time circuits (1 in PIN 0, 1 in PIN 1) and debug 2 potentiometers' reading. I've found that potentiometer 0's reading will changed by both potentiometer 0 & 1. I'm currently using the same power source which is the default +5V.
How can I separate 2 readings? Hence it doesn't alter each other.
Cheers,
A

A diagram or basic description of how you have these pots wired up would be most helpful in trying to solve your problem. Are these EE-POTS (solid state) or mechanical pots?

I'm not sure what kind of pot is that, please see attached pic
Schematics:
BS P0 --> 220 ohm --> 0.1 uf cap --> VDD
POT (PIN 2) --> 0.1 uf cap
POT (PIN 1 & 3) --> GND
