RFID Tag and 433 mHz Receiver

I sent this message to [url=mailto:support@parallax]support@parallax[/url], then decided to post it here.· The answer might be of interest.


Would attaching an RFID tag to the non-component side of the 433 mHz Receiver in the antenna area interfere with the operation of either the receiver or the RFID tag?

    The RFID Reader Module is designed specifically for low-frequency (125kHz) passive tags.· Therefore it shouldn't interfere with your RF modules.· It is usually not a good idea to put two RF modules close together.
