    It says that it is FORBIDDEN to view that site. Or is it something that I'm doing?

    I was able to view the site a day ago and now it is forbidden for me as well.

    I was able to view it on Wednesday but can no longer get to the site. The site might just be down.

    It is likely that they generated too much traffic and the user avatar was asked to restrict access to addresses in the usc domain only.
