ADC0831 supplement?

I am attempting to add several Sharp GP2D12 infrared distance sensors to my bot, but am having issues cramming all of the ADC0831's on the board. Is there a way to use a single chip like the ADC0838 in order to have a single chip handle three seperate sensors? Sorry if this is basic, just wanted to know if there are any gotcha's with not using seperate ADC0831's.

    ·· Yes you could use the 8-channel ADC.· In fact, you can use any ADC you want.· You're not forced to use the ADC0831.· That's just an easy one to interface and we have sample code for it.

    I've used an ADC0838 with my BS2sx... the code should be the same for any of the 2 series modules.· I've posted the program I use for debugging the ADC.
