SX28 and VGA, going NUTS!

Ok, for the FUN of it, I thought I would try a little VGA programming but can't seem to get the timing down.

I am using RA.0 for HSync, RA.1 for VSync and:

RB.0/1 for Red0/1
RB.2/3 for Green0/1
RB.4/5 for Blue0/1

The monitor won't lock on the signal.

Any suggestions?
