Sharp LT022MC laser diode

Can I drive a sharp lt022mc laser diode with a bs2, and how. I was also wondering where I might find a data sheet for the same diode.

    Here's a spec sheet for the LT022MC.

    Sam's Laser FAQ has quite a few laser diode drivers.
    http://repairfaq.ece.drexel.edu/sam/lasersam.htm.

    You could probably interface the Stamp with one of the drivers.
    Are you trying to modulate the diode or simply turn it on or off?

    thanks for the link, unfortunately it did not show pin designations. I was just trying to drive the thing to see what I could do with it. I guess I don't know what I want to do with it. I think it is in the unvisible red spectrum. I may want to modulate to use with sensors or just turn it on to make it light something somehow.
