I am currently using Stamps to send infomation over RF to Stamp receivers. The data will be collected on a server and displayed on the web. I am looking for an ethernet connection to send the data from the recievers to a centralized server. I don't need the Basic Stamp to be a web server like I've seen discussed in this forum. Does anybody have an idea how to accomplish this? UDP seems the best option so far.
I have looked at siteplayer, but this seems to be overkill. Packet Whacker and NicKi by EDTP appear to be the best option. Has anybody used these? I don't want a PC connected to each receiver and I am trying to keep the cost down.
Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
